LUPINE operates on a Privacy by Design principle across all our applications. We do not collect personal data:

• Usage Metadata: We do not track how any application is used or accessed.
• Device Optimisation: Where applicable, apps perform local hardware detection solely to ensure the UI scales correctly to your screen. This data never leaves your device.
• Analytics: No third-party analytics SDKs are embedded in any LUPINE application.
• Location: We do not request or store location data unless explicitly required by a feature you opt into.

Our infrastructure is designed for zero-data persistence across all applications:

• Because we do not ingest or transmit personal data, there is no secondary usage, profiling, or algorithmic processing of your information.
• Any data you enter into a LUPINE app (such as sobriety dates in Recovery Counter) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to LUPINE servers.

Some LUPINE applications may display web content via embedded browsers (WKWebView). When you navigate to third-party websites within our apps, those sites' own privacy policies apply. LUPINE is not responsible for third-party data practices.

While LUPINE applications do not store data on LUPINE servers, we maintain rigorous encryption standards for all our digital infrastructure. We utilise commercially industry-leading protocols to protect our ecosystem. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however we continuously review and improve our practices.

LUPINE applications are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through one of our apps, please contact us immediately using the details below.

LUPINE may update this Privacy Policy to reflect strategic changes in our global operations or to comply with legal requirements. Any updates will be published directly to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of any LUPINE application following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
